■ Product Description
Light, soft, and fluffy. This shawl is woven from yarns of softly twisted wool and cotton. The pattern is not monotonous, and changing the way you wrap it gives a different look. This is the "BIG" size. The width is twice that of the "MIDDLE" size.
■ Tamaki Niime and Banshu-ori
Banshu-ori is a yarn-dyed cotton fabric produced in the Kitaharima area of Hyogo Prefecture, with a long history dating back to the 4th year of the Kansei era. Tamaki Niime uses vintage looms that were used in Nishiwaki City during the 1960s to 1980s to create Banshu-ori with a new interpretation of its 220-year tradition.

Due to the nature of the product, fabric twisting and thread fraying may be observed. Also, there may be variations in size for each item. Please understand this in advance.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Before ordering
As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

The colour and texture of the products may appear slightly different depending on the device and environment used.
The dimensions given in the product description may have slight deviations.
The product may have minor scratches and scuffs that are unavoidable during the manufacturing process.

Cancellation of orders
As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.
Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.
Limit on number of purchases
The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges
However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.
If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance
If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
About the indicated prices
Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
