■ Product Description
Light, soft, and fluffy. This shawl is woven with yarns of sweetly twisted wool and cotton. The pattern is not monotonous, and changing the way you wrap it gives a different look. This is the "BIG" size. The width is twice that of the "MIDDLE" size.
■ Tamaki Niime and Banshu-ori
Banshu-ori is a yarn-dyed cotton fabric produced in the Kitaharima area of Hyogo Prefecture, with a long history dating back to the 4th year of the Kansei era. Tamaki Niime uses vintage looms that were used in Nishiwaki City during the 1960s to 1980s to create Banshu-ori with a new interpretation of its 220-year tradition.
