After creating an account, you can log in to shop and speed up the checkout process by eliminating the need to enter each piece of information, such as your delivery address.

About linkage

After logging in, the points function is activated by pressing the "Link" button displayed at the bottom of the page, and points can be shared and used at all online and physical shops in the Tamaya-Group family of shops.

*When using the linkage function in the online store, an account must be created and linked for each shop.

Member benefits

The Tamaya-Group membership app allows you to earn points based on the amount of your purchases.

Points worth 3% of the purchase price (excluding tax) will be awarded.

Example: if you purchase a product worth 11,000 yen (including tax), you will be awarded 300 points.

*You can use your accumulated points as payment for one yen per point.

*The validity period is one year from the date of last use.

We do not accept credit cards in a different name to that of the person placing the order.

If your preferred payment method does not appear on the checkout page

If you click "Check out as guest" at the bottom of the screen, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose from all available payment methods.

If you've logged out, please proceed to the login page, and instead of selecting "Log in via Shop," enter your email address in the "Send Email" field.

If the Shop account login screen appears

After closing the pop-up and clicking "Continue," please enter the verification code sent to your email address.

About Shop Pay

Shop Pay is one of the payment services provided by the e-commerce platform our store uses.
By registering your email address and phone number when you make your first purchase, you won’t need to enter your credit card information or shipping address for future orders, allowing you to shop quickly and conveniently.

Shop Pay uses servers that transmit and receive encrypted data and comply with the credit card industry's security standards (PSI DSS), ensuring security by sharing your shipping and billing information with the store only when an order is placed.

Since you authenticate using a passkey or a 6-digit Shop Pay code received via SMS or email at checkout, this helps prevent unauthorized use.
Once you've registered for a Shop account, you can use it as a single account at other stores that accept Shop Pay.
