Terms of service
Product availability.
Our shop shares stock with a physical shop and several online shops. We do our best to keep stock levels up to date, but depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to provide you with the item. In the unlikely event that an item is not available due to stock-out, we will contact you by email or telephone. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns and exchanges
Products can only be returned if the goods are defective or if the goods arrive different from those ordered. In the above cases, please contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days. We will replace the product as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that there is no replacement product, we will refund the full amount charged for the order.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases
Returns for customer convenience.
Products that are more than 7 days old from the date of arrival.
Opened goods.
Products that have been damaged by the customer.
If the package or accessories have been lost.
Cancellation of orders
We cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons after an order has been placed. Please check that you have made the correct product name, colour and size before ordering.
Orders for resale
If we determine that an order is for the purpose of resale based on the contents of the order or other details, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order or reduce the number of items in the order. Please understand this in advance.
