80s VOILE LITTLE TREE BLOCK PRINT QUILTED RAGLAN/SL STRING JACKET #9199 MILKY.GREY/BLACK PRINT [INMDS26721]

¥50,600 JPY

■ Product Description
A jacket featuring a layer of cotton fabric sandwiched between the outer fabric and the lining, finished with a fine diamond-quilted pattern.
There is a drawstring at the hem, allowing you to adjust the silhouette.
"Block printing" is one of the traditional techniques that has been passed down for generations in the village of Ajrak in the Indian state of Gujarat; it involves using hand-carved wooden blocks to print designs onto fabric by hand.
Unlike machine-printed fabrics, which are uniform and monotonous, everything is done by hand, so repeating the pattern without any misalignment requires a high level of skill.
The slight irregularities and slight imperfections in each piece are a hallmark of handmade items, and these textiles exude a warm, inviting feel.

Lining: None; Sheer: None

■ Attention
This product is printed using a traditional Indian method in which each design is stamped one at a time using hand-carved wooden blocks, one color at a time.
Overlapping prints, subtle splatters of dye, and areas where the color hasn’t taken are all characteristic of hand-printed fabrics. Please enjoy the rich color expression unique to hand-printed fabrics.
In addition, this product may cause color transfer to other clothing or undergarments (especially white items) when subjected to friction (particularly when wet) or when it gets wet from sweat or rain.
To prevent snagging or color transfer, please wash this item separately whenever possible.
