A tote bag from R&D. M. S.
The exterior is made of thick, durable cotton canvas. The bag features a wide opening and generous gussets, making it more spacious than it appears. It comes with an original enamel nameplate and includes one interior pocket.

■ Attention
The nameplate used on this product is made of enamel.
Therefore, leaving the product exposed to rain or water for an extended period may cause the metal parts to rust. Never use the product in areas where it may be exposed to high temperatures, as this could cause burns. Do not subject the product to strong impacts, such as hitting it hard or dropping it on the floor, as this may cause chipping. If the product becomes damaged—such as by cracking or chipping—remove it immediately. Do not wash the product at home, as this may cause the enamel coating and fabric to deteriorate.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
