An apron dress redesigned with inspiration from 17th-century monk garments. The large pockets and the decorative covered buttons lined on the chest and back collar are striking. The material luxuriously uses linen for the warp and silk nep yarn for the weft, expressing a worn vintage look. Silk, among natural materials, is known for its excellent moisture absorption and release, quickly absorbing sweat and releasing it outside the body, making it a material suitable for Japan's climate—cool in summer and warm in winter.
