■ Product Description
Called "atamaki" because it's worn wrapped around the head. These are colorful hairbands. Each pattern appears differently, making coordination fun. Since they are looped with elastic, they are easy to put on and take off; you can twist them in the center or at the ends. You can also play with how the two colors show.

■ Tamaki Niime and Banshu-ori
Banshu-ori is a yarn-dyed cotton fabric produced in the Kitaharima area of Hyogo Prefecture, with a long history dating back to the 4th year of the Kansei era. At Tamaki Shinme, we use vintage looms from the 1960s-80s that were used in Nishiwaki City to create Banshu-ori with a new interpretation of its 220-year tradition.
