■ Product Description
A double-breasted short jacket inspired by the distinctive traditional costumes of the German region.
With a box silhouette, the piping on the kimono sleeve switch serves as an accent. It can be styled with the same material or alone, and the button opening and closing allows for various expressions in one piece.
The material is a high-density jacquard with a diamond motif reminiscent of batik. Within the diamond grid formed by fine organic touches, patterns resembling plants and flowers are depicted.
The diamond pattern dates back to Jomon pottery, and its roots are said to be the shape of water plant Hishi leaves and seeds. The diamond shape is also considered a symbol of prosperity and abundance, and is cherished as one of the auspicious patterns.
By weaving with thread of the same color, it creates a mature and luxurious material.
