■ Product Description
La zabu, a classic of TOWAVASE, incorporates the technique of Kyoto zabuton and is hand-stitched one by one in a Japanese workshop. The fabric uses velvet, which has a unique gloss, a fluffy texture, and is light and warm. The brooch uses glass beads from a manufacturer in India that maintains high quality.The length is set longer for a relaxed fit.It can be balanced well with any item such as pants, skirts, or dresses.

■ Kyoto Zabuton Technique
The three-sided stitching applied all over forms the shape of the character "人" (person), which is a feature of Kyoto zabuton. It also carries the meaning of hospitality to avoid offending customers by mixing up the front and back of the zabuton. Additionally, the thread tassels called "sumifusa" (applied to the corners of the zabuton)are applied to the ends of the cords. The tassels have the meaning of "warding off evil spirits" and carry the wish to keep evil spirits away.

■ Attention
Since the three-sided stitching and tassels are handmade, each one has a different expression. Thread breaks, scratches, and small holes inevitably appear, and there are individual differences in how the bijoux are attached. Please be careful of snags and slips. Color specks, neps, and long slubs are characteristics of natural materials. Wrinkles add character. Avoid velvet in rainy weather, and handle with care as it is delicately finished.Due to differences in fabric rolls and dye lots, there may be color variations within the garment or parts of the garment.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.


Limit on number of purchases

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
