■ Product Description The name comes from the shape of the hat worn by the lead actress in the 1942 film "Casablanca." It features a brim designed to cover the face, and is a classic style that has been loved for a long time.
The rounded, soft silhouette gives an impression of femininity, and just wearing it gives you an elegant look like a movie actress. ■ Raw Materials The material is "straw Sanada," which is made by braiding seven barley stalks into a string and weaving them into a Sanada string. First, the Sanada, which is woven by hand one by one, is moistened with a spray bottle and sewn. Next, it is molded and left in the sun to remove moisture, then dried and decorated. Three people work together to complete this process of sewing → molding → decoration, and one hat is completed.
