The warp thread is cotton, and the weft thread uses Kadi yarn, which is entirely hand-spun and hand-woven in India, creating a skirt made from heavy cotton fabric handwoven on vintage looms. Because the weft thread is thick, the fabric has a slightly crisp texture. This is a flared skirt with countless fine pintucks below the waist. It makes the waist area look neat, while the fabric gently sways from the pintucks to the hem, allowing you to enjoy the volume of the fabric. The hem uses the selvage, which is the edge part of the fabric.
