Cheviot Sheep, named after the Cheviot Hill region spanning the border between Scotland and England. It has the highest quality wool among mountain breeds. Using 100% Cheviot Hogget wool, which is the first shearing of the sheep after birth, craftsmen consistently handle everything from weaving to finishing, producing the highest quality wool unique in Japan.
