This fabric is woven from high-quality 80/1 cotton yarn at a high density and features a vertical crinkle finish that provides excellent shape retention. The fabric is immersed in a highly concentrated chemical solution while in a tension-free state, causing it to shrink in both the vertical and horizontal directions, which gives it a dense texture and natural texture.
This process improves upon traditional salt-shrinking techniques to enhance the fabric’s crisp, cool texture and increase its volume. By combining pre-treatment with a mercerization process, it achieves a crisp texture, a cool feel, luster, and water repellency.

If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
