The fabric is made of light, warm velvet with a unique sheen and fluffy texture. The brooch is made by a glass bead manufacturer in India that maintains high quality. The rounded design and moderately loose arms make it easy to wear regardless of body type. It can be balanced with any item, such as pants, skirts, and dresses.

■ Kyoto zabuton techniquesThe three-sided binding on the entire surface is in the shape of the character for "person" and is a feature of Kyoto zabuton. It is also meant to show hospitality by preventing customers from being rude by mistakenly placing the zabuton on the front and back. In addition, tassels of thread called "sumifusa" (used on the corners of zabuton) are attached to the ends of the strings. The tassels are meant to ward off evil spirits and are meant to ward off evil spirits.
