■ Product Description A bucket hat perfect for spring and summer casual outfits. It is called a "bucket hat" because it has a short brim and an upside-down shape that resembles a bucket. It is slanted downwards to protect your head and face from the sun. Comes with a Tanaka Hat Shop tag on the inside.

■ Raw Materials The material is "straw Sanada," which is made by braiding seven barley stalks into a string and weaving them into a Sanada string. First, the Sanada, which is woven by hand one by one, is moistened with a spray bottle and sewn. Next, it is molded and left in the sun to remove moisture, then dried and decorated. Three people work together to complete this process of sewing → molding → decoration, and one hat is completed.
