■ Product Description
These are hand warmers mainly made with cashmere yarn. They are named "Yubi BOSS" because they also have a cover on the thumb part. BOSS stands for the "S length" of "short" in "boso." Besides warmth, the unique smooth texture of cashmere provides a very comfortable feel on the skin. Since the fingertips are exposed, you can smoothly operate your smartphone and perform other actions while wearing them.
The wrist part is longer, so it can be used either stretched out or folded back double. The pattern is designed with the image of the Taijitu, and the ratio of the pattern differs slightly between the left and right sides.
■ Tamaki Niime and Banshu-ori
Banshu-ori is a yarn-dyed cotton fabric produced in the Kitaharima area of Hyogo Prefecture, with a long history dating back to the 4th year of the Kansei era. At Tamaki Shinme, we use vintage looms from the 1960s-80s that were used in Nishiwaki City to create Banshu-ori with a new interpretation of its 220-year tradition.

Due to the nature of the product, fabric twisting and thread fraying may be observed. Also, there may be variations in size for each item. Please understand this in advance.

Order Cancellation
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after a shipping confirmation email has been sent.
We make every effort to manage our inventory, but if we are unable to secure the items you ordered for unavoidable reasons, we may have to cancel your order.
Purchase Limits
We may impose purchase limits on certain products. Orders placed from multiple accounts believed to belong to the same person, or orders suspected of using bots, may be canceled or the quantity reduced.

Returns and Exchanges
While we take the utmost care to ensure the quality of our products and their packaging, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or soiled, or if you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact us via the “Contact Form ” within 7 days of the delivery date. We will cover all associated costs.
・If a replacement item is available, we will replace the item.
・If we are unable to secure a replacement, we will issue a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply. We appreciate your understanding.
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered
・When we determine that the customer has finished using the product
・If the item has been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned

・If odors, scratches, or stains occur while the item is in the customer's possession
・Items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks, and accessories, as well as perfumes and cosmetics, etc.
