Susuri's flutter pants. These pettipants can be worn under dresses, skirts, or tunics. The material is a voile made of fine-count extra-long cotton, tightly twisted yarn, with a rough texture, and the fabric is dyed with a soft texture like that of hand dyeing. The rise is deep, giving the waist a relaxed silhouette. The length is about 8/10ths of a minute, and the hem is slightly flared. The waist is elasticated, making them comfortable easy pants. The pleated tucks at the hem sway with every step, creating a rich look.
