This piece is inspired by a fusion of the biaude workwear made in France in the early 20th century and a nightgown. The fabric uses tana lawn independently developed by LIBERTY LONDON in the UK. It is a high-quality fabric that reproduces the silk-like gloss and texture with cotton, characterized by a soft, light feel and rich drape. You can gather the waist with the drawstring or wear it straight down. It can be worn open like a long gown or buttoned up and enjoyed as a dress.

This pattern was drawn from a design found on a small paper sample stored in the Liberty Fabrics archive. It is inspired by Alice's journey through Wonderland, where the flowers blooming in the garden talk and chat along the way.
