This piece is inspired by a fusion of biaude, a work wear made in France in the early 20th century, and a nightgown. The fabric is Tana Lawn, a material developed exclusively by the British company LIBERTY LONDON. This high-quality fabric reproduces the luster and feel of silk with cotton, and is characterized by its soft, light texture and rich drape. You can gather the fabric with the drawstring at the waist, or just wear it as is. You can wear it as a long gown by opening it, or as a dress by closing the buttons.

■ Archive Lilac This pattern was drawn from a design found on a small paper sample stored in the Tana Lawn Liberty Fabrics archive. It was inspired by Alice's journey to Wonderland, where the flowers in the garden talk and chat.
