This vest was created with reference to 18th century cutting, inspired by the lumberjack in the fairy tale The Last Flower of the Afternoon. The small collar and row of buttons give it a classical feel, while the four pockets make it a practical item. The pattern cutting allows it to look good with or without the buttons fastened. If you fasten the buttons, leave the bottom two unfastened. The fabric is made of linen wool, reproduced using the textiles of work clothes from the old days as an image source. It is an atmospheric material that combines the warmth of wool with the dryness of linen, and the subtle contrast in the color of the thread gives it a deep expression.
