What sets us apart at CIOTA is that we carry out all the steps in clothing manufacturing in-house, from selecting raw materials, designing fabrics, weaving fabrics, designing clothes, coming up with sewing specifications, and sewing. And we are thorough in our commitment to every step.

For example, all of our cotton fabrics are original and developed in-house.
The raw material is Suvin cotton, a precious, extra-long staple cotton that is grown only in southern India and accounts for only a small percentage of the world's cotton production.
All CIOTA cotton is made from Suvin cotton, which is our exclusive fabric.
Its luster is like silk and its softness to the touch is comparable to cashmere.

What is Supima Cotton?
It is a hybrid of Sujata cotton, native to India, and Sea Island cotton, grown in the Caribbean island nation of St. Vincent, and is named SUVIN after the initials of both cotton varieties.
It is classified as extra-long staple cotton, and because it has very long and thin fibers, it is possible to create yarn with little feathering and a smooth feel against the skin.
Another feature is that the grapes are hand-picked to maintain the highest quality.

CIOTA's standard denim pants. Made with original 13.5oz Supima cotton denim, which is carefully selected from the selection of threads to weaving the fabric. The jeans are washed once after production to remove excess indigo and stabilize the indigo color. CIOTA's original indigo denim has an attractive deep, rich color, and you will appreciate the quality of these jeans as they grow with you, such as fading and wrinkles that occur with continued wear. The regular ounce, solid fabric thickness and texture make these jeans a pair you can wear for a lifetime.

This is a straight silhouette model based on the early Levi's 501 66. It has a loose fit around the hips and thighs, and a straight silhouette that tapers gently towards the hem. The gentle volume around the waist and the tapered fit are well balanced, and it will go well with any outfit. It has a button fly on the front and a CIOTA name tag on the back pocket. The "CIOTA" name is printed on the tuck buttons and rivets.
