The fabric is made of corduroy using thick ribbed Supima cotton . Normally, when using high-quality materials for corduroy, the standard is to use regular yarn for the base thread and high-quality materials for the pile (ridges), but CIOTA deliberately uses 100% Supima cotton corduroy , which is unparalleled, even for the base thread. To finish, a special singeing process is used to make the length of the fluff uniform, which is not usually done with thick ribbed corduroy, so the luster of the Supima is more prominent. It is strong, supple, and has a deep color, and the more you wear it, the better the texture becomes, and you can enjoy the changes over time. The lining is made of Kannon.
