CIOTA× SIERRA DESIGNS mountain parka. A special piece using exclusive Supima cotton by CIOTA for the classic mountain parka that has been sold for over half a century. The fabric uses a 60/40 cloth woven with 60% cotton in the weft and 40% nylon in the warp. The contrast between the smooth nylon texture and the softness of Supima cotton is a distinctive feature. It excels in water repellency and breathability, and the unique luster and texture improve with use. The body width, shoulder area, and sleeve width are generously roomy, featuring raglan sleeves that create a smooth silhouette flowing naturally toward the sleeves. The back has a map pocket that can hold newspapers for added warmth, and large hand-warmer pockets with ample gussets provide excellent storage capacity. The drawcords on the hood and waist can be tightened to block wind and adjust the silhouette. The large Vislon zipper is easy to open and close even while wearing gloves.
