When I picked up this dress, the combination of black cotton lace and shell buttons became a favorite.
I especially like the silhouette and design when viewed from the side. I had the image that cotton lace tends to be casual, but I feel that the shell buttons add an elegant touch.
And I paired it with pants of the same material, where the moderate transparency at the feet further enhances the appeal of the cotton lace. Also, pairing it with white or gray makes the leaf pattern stand out even more.
I thought about an episode with cotton lace, but I have only used it once before, and that was on the collar of a yukata. If I encounter a wonderful cotton lace this time, I would like to make something by combining it with shell buttons.
It was a piece where I could fully feel the charm of cotton lace.
