There are times when a shawl or stole can come in handy, no matter what the season.
It's a time when air conditioning and sunlight are a concern, so it's a good idea to have one in your bag. I also have scarves made of various materials, but my favorite is Monet's water lily pattern. When I went to the art museum, I was attracted to someone who looked beautiful from afar wearing a scarf with Van Gogh's sunflower pattern.
