Today is said to be Handkerchief Day. I also arranged scarves together.
The reason handkerchiefs are square is said to be deeply related to French Queen Marie Antoinette.
Among various shapes, they chose the square shape and spread it both domestically and internationally.
I think people often buy handkerchiefs not because they want them and look for them, but because they see them and think they're cute.
There are patterns that I always end up buying when I see them, but since they have been increasing rapidly, I'm running out of space. That said, not buying is not an option, so if you have any recommended storage methods, please let me know.
